Assign a case
For Directors and Managers- Open Cases, then the Unassigned tab.
- Open the case and, under Assign case, pick the Broker - you included. A Director can also choose Route to a Manager's team.
- Choose Assign.
Good to know
The broker is emailed and the case moves to In progress. The customer then sees that broker on their request.
