Watch every case's time left

• Cases has the tabs Unassigned, At risk, Mine and All in the brokerage.
• Time left shows each new case's clock. At risk holds the cases with under an hour left to choose a broker before they pass to the next brokerage in turn.

Good to know

A request still without a broker after 3 hours, counted round the clock, goes on to the next brokerage by itself. Routing it to a Manager's team does not count as choosing a broker.
