Follow a request

For Owners and Admins

Requests lists every request and support ticket, with who is on each and what happens next. Its tabs are All, Waiting on you, In progress and Done.

  • A request moves through Finding your broker, With your broker, Quote ready for you, Payment proof uploaded and Done.
  • You see your broker by name once they are named, and we let you know.
  • Messages on the request is where you and your broker write to each other, with files up to 20 MB in total.

Good to know

To cancel, open the request, choose More, then Cancel request - you can cancel until you confirm payment. A request that comes back to you shows under Waiting on you: choose where to send it and choose Send it.
