Raise a ticket and follow it

1. Choose Ask Covarage.
2. Under How can we help?, choose See a doctor or Anything else, and add a file if you need to.
3. Follow it under Your requests, from Open to Done, and read every reply there.

Good to know

• Covarage's team picks up tickets within one working day. Every reply shows who wrote it; Covarage's replies read Covarage.
• Your tickets are private. A ticket you raise is seen only by you and Covarage's team, never by your company's Owners and Admins. A medical ticket is seen only by the person who raised it and Covarage's team.
