A GP visit

• The page lists the GP clinics your employee benefits cover includes, each with its address, opening hours and a number to call. Only clinics on your confirmed cover are listed. Find a GP on My Cover opens the same page.

A specialist consultation

1. Choose Specialist consultation, or Book a specialist on Home or My Cover.
2. Read the seven signs of a medical emergency. If you have any of them, call 995 for an ambulance, or SMS 70995. If you have none, tick I do not have the above symptoms.
3. Fill in your details, your signs and symptoms and your preferred date, and choose Submit.
4. It shows under Your appointments as Being arranged, then Upcoming with the date, clinic and doctor once Covarage's medical concierge books it.

Good to know

• We tell you by email when an appointment is confirmed or cancelled; the email says only that there is news, and the details are in the portal.
• Your NRIC is kept encrypted: only Covarage's team (its medical concierge and administrators) can see it in full, and every view is logged.
• For a health screening, the screening partner's booking page opens in a new window: choose Continue to booking.
