Set how cases are assigned, and pause a broker on leave
For Directors- Open Firm settings.
- Under New cases, choose how a new case is assigned from now on: You assign each case, A manager assigns them, or In turn to the people taking cases.
- Under Who is taking cases, Pause someone - for example while they are on leave - and Resume them later.
Good to know
A paused person's open cases stay theirs. Whichever way you choose, a case no one picks up within 3 hours passes to the next brokerage.
